Progress by workstream

Progress by substream

The eight substreams that make up the two workstreams.

Timeline

The program across 52 weeks with live delivery progress on every band. The vertical marker is today. Hover any band for the deliverables inside it and how far they have got.

Company files

The Workstream 1 artifact set issued sixteen times — 197 files. The grid is the fastest way to see where every company stands; the table below it is where you set status.

Checkpoints

Each checkpoint is a decision PIF makes. Record the approval date and any conditions as they happen.

Meetings and minutes

Every meeting, who attended, what was agreed and what action came out of it. Decisions raised here should also be logged on the Decisions tab so they carry a decision ID.

Strategic decisions

The decisions that changed the shape of the program — what was decided, why, who decided it and what it affected. This is the record that answers "why is the plan like this?" a year from now.

Communication matrix

Who receives what, from whom, how often and through which channel. Seeded from the workstream register and the RACI; edit it to match how the program actually runs.

Intake dependencies

What the program needs and cannot produce itself, by substream. An overdue intake item is the earliest warning that a checkpoint is going to slip.

Access

Viewing needs no password. Editing is gated by one, and the password is stored as a SHA-256 hash rather than plain text.

In an offline copy this is a deterrent, not security — anyone who opens the page source can read the hash and bypass it. On the deployed dashboard the password is checked on the server instead, is never sent to the page, and is rate limited, so the write path is genuinely closed. Reading is open to anyone with the link, so never put anything in here that could not be sent by email.

Changing the password updates this session. Publish a new copy for it to stick.

Reset

Clears every progress entry, meeting, decision and edit, returning the dashboard to the published baseline. It cannot be undone — export first.
